The Total Fitness Boot Camp Challenge for Women was created by Certified Personal Trainer Chris Matise for the sole purpose of motivating, encouraging and training women to reach their full fitness potential.
 
Chris brings over 20 years of personal fitness training management, fitness consulting and group training experience.  Chris is  also a martial arts instructor and cardio kick boxing instructor with a passion to help get you to the next level.
 
Having spent over a 20 years coaching clients to better health, Chris has successfully integrated his wealth of fitness knowledge into a motivating group atmosphere so that participants in the Total Fitness Boot Camp Challenge for Women can achieve their own dramatic weight loss and fitness results.
